As student, Muntaner interned with the Administrator of the Ponce Judicial Region Judge Nereida Cortes Gonzalez, providing support in all aspects of caseload administration, including researching case law, drafting judgments briefing evidence and findings, in complex litigation mainly in Torts, Medical Malpractice, Civil and Property suits. Muntaner obtained a BA Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico and a JD Magna Cum Laude from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, School of Law.
